How I Work
PHASE 1
YOUR WHAT
Our first phase is identifying your pain point. Do you want to lose weight? Is your energy dwindling? Were you recently diagnosed with an illness and need to modify your diet and lifestyle? Struggling with brain fog? I will help you dig deeper into your challenge and will inquire not only about your barriers, but also plug into your strengths as we create your healthy lifestyle plan. Through comprehensive assessment, skilled inquiry, and collaboration with your coach you will be ready for Phase 2: Your Why.

PHASE 2
YOUR WHY
In this phase, I will partner with you in discovering your why. Why exactly do you want to make healthier choices? Why are you addressing your pain point now? We will identify your underlying fears, and worries, but also hopes and aspirations. Are you scared that you may never feel comfortable because you can't lose the 30 pounds you have been putting on and taking off since high school? Are you worried that you are unfit for a project because you are suffering from daily brain fog? Is your health affecting your performance, but you are passionate about the mission of your work and would hate to lose it? Are you hoping to bring more of your “A” game to your family, but struggle with burnout?
Finding your why(s) is the anchor and guiding light when we want to harness motivation. It will be your “what” meaning and allow you to confidently move towards your new health habits, which will be tailored for you in Phase 3: Your How.

PHASE 3
YOUR HOW
In this phase, we create informed SMART goals and actionable to reach your ideal healthy lifestyle. The changes you make will fit into your life and take you in a new direction of sustainable health. Through this phase, I will be on your team, hold you accountable, educate you, inspire you and help guide you on your path to a sustainable, healthy life!
